ABOUT ADAM
From the Black Hawk to the Boardroom.
Adam F. Jones served as a U.S. Army Captain, UH-60 Black Hawk pilot, and Company Commander from 2009 to 2020 — earning the Army Commendation Medal after turning around an aircraft maintenance unit suffering from low morale, declining retention, and low performance, all while preparing for combat on an accelerated timeline.
Outside of his service in the military, he supported mission-critical operations with DHS, Interpol, Air Force Special Operations Command, and served as a Senior Management Consultant to Air Force Space Command and the Under Secretary of Defense. Most recently, he oversaw the Leadership Development and Training for Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc., the prime contractor for the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. His own struggle with identity and depression after leaving the Army became the foundation of his life's work: helping high-performers recognize the silent forces pulling them off course before it's too late.
