As a former U.S. Army Captain and Black Hawk Helicopter pilot with a unique set of skills to connect and equip leaders, I was often chosen to lead low-performing disjointed teams in hopes of creating a culture that would unite and retain others. It took a lot of work, but eventually, with the help of other great leaders and some principles that I learned along the way, it happened. We built a team that people were proud to be apart of.

Why I Do It

When I look at my girls I can't believe the life we created for ourselves. In particular, since their was a time in my life after the turbulent transition from my time in the service where I felt like a failure as a father and husband. I had no clue how to be present and my family was getting my leftovers.
